A new challenge badge to explore CSI and forensic science. This badge will also complement the CSI sessions that I run.
I am also helping to devise a CSI resource kit to buy that will assist leaders to run the sessions in their units e.g fingerprint powder, crime scene tape, inking strips, footprint analysis etc.
Sun Safe Challenge As part of STEM ambassador/ Public Engagement role at work. I work with the Skcin charity to help deliver sun safe awareness sessions to primary and secondary schools across Merseyside.
Guiding and scouting units can also gain sun safe accreditation, which is very important when we are outside camping, exploring and playing games with our units. Further information can be found here: Sun Safe Girlguiding and Scouting.
