A fun brownie science session typically involves a combination of working in brownie sixes and interactive group demonstrations. The activities are designed so that everyone has their own equipment and we all complete the activities at the same time.

Colour Science Which colours do you mix to make black? Use chromatography to find out
Sharpie tie dye Create unique t-shirts using sharpie pens.
Germs and handwashing Meet my cuddly bugs and use UV gel to explore the crevices that germs hide in. Also, learn the hand washing song!
Hovercrafts* Learn about renewable energy and make your own hovercraft to take home.
Brownie CSI Session
The Session begins with an introduction to finger prints. Learn about the the patterns and ridges which make up your fingerprint.
Rolling Fingerprints Using genuine fingerprint ink roll your own exemplar fingerprints
Dusting for Fingerprints Using a fingerprint brush and powder, reveal hidden fingerprints and life the from the object.
This activities usually takes around an hour. Extra bolt on activities (e.g. white powder analysis etc) are available at extra cost.
